A Manchester City midfielder is now in focus: Tijjani Reijnders is said to have attracted the interest of Glasner's club.
Competition from Newcastle
The Dutchman only moved from AC Milan to the "Citizens" last year for almost 55 million euros.
There, Reijnders was a regular in the starting eleven during the first half of the season, but his playing time decreased increasingly in the second half. This is also why the central midfielder might now be looking for a new challenge.
However, Nottingham Forest is not alone in the pursuit of the Dutchman. According to information from transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, Newcastle United is also reportedly showing interest.
Since Reijnders is still under contract with Manchester City until 2030, a correspondingly high transfer fee would likely be required for a move.
