Red Bull Salzburg Gifts Grandstand to Lower-League Club
The fourth-tier club is delighted with a grandstand from EC Red Bull Salzburg and has prominent training guests.
UFV Thalgau currently plays in the fourth-tier Salzburger Liga. Now, the Flachgau club can look forward to a special new addition.
The club has, as reported by the "Salzburger Nachrichten", a new grandstand. It was donated by the ice hockey club EC Red Bull Salzburg.
Good Relationship with Red Bull
Volunteers from Thalgau dismantled the grandstand in the ice arena in Volksgarten and reassembled it at their football pitch.
The club's relationship with Red Bull is good. For instance, the Red Bull Athlete Performance Center is located in Thalgau. Red Bull players frequently use the lower-league club's sports facility to work on their comebacks.
Most recently, the currently injured Christoph Baumgartner (RB Leipzig) and Johannes Moser (Red Bull Salzburg) also trained at the sports ground.
