Bayern striker Harry Kane was awarded the Ballon d'Or as Player of the Year on Monday evening, thereby crowning his career.

He finished first, ahead of Real's Kylian Mbappé and Barcelona's Lamine Yamal. However, this did not go down well with everyone: On Spanish radio, the 19-year-old winger's uncle now blasted Kane.

"They're gifting Kane the ball"

"I'm sad. I don't understand anything. Something is wrong," Abdul Yamal said about Kane's award.

"They always say: 'Lamine is very young, he's 19 years old, he will win more,' but Harry only has three days of football left, and they're gifting him the ball," he added.

"He (Yamal, ed. note) played an incredible season. He scores goals that no one else scores. Passes, assists, everything. If you like football, you go to Lamine, not Harry Kane," he fumed further.
