After Push from Ex-Salzburg Player: How Schalke Reacts
The forward caused a stir after pushing a physiotherapist. This is how Miron Muslic reacts.
Things are currently anything but smooth at FC Schalke 04!
While the promoted team is only in the relegation spot in the German Bundesliga, they were eliminated from the DFB-Pokal by second-division side Dynamo Dresden during the week.
Incident in Cup Match
Former Salzburg player Hee-chan Hwang also caused a stir. The forward pushed a physiotherapist after receiving treatment on the sidelines (All info >>>).
However, there will be no sporting consequences, as head coach Miron Muslic announced at the press conference before the Bundesliga match against RB Leipzig: "We discussed this with the entire team, because discipline is something we value very, very highly and demand, and in the last 16 months, we have not been noted for indiscipline either on or off the pitch."
Still Awaiting His First Goal
Hwang will definitely be available against Leipzig: "We tried to explain it to him. He understood and showed great insight. It has no consequences for his squad spot, he will be there," said Muslic.
Hwang joined Schalke on loan from Wolverhampton Wanderers in the summer. So far, the South Korean is still waiting for his first goal in "Königsblau."
