Bayern talent likely to become Gregoritsch's teammate
The 20-year-old completed the entire summer pre-season with Bayern's first team. Nevertheless, he is set to be loaned out within the league.
Arijon Ibrahimovic is on the verge of a move from FC Bayern Munich to league rivals FC Augsburg.
Last season, the 20-year-old was already on loan at Heidenheim. There, he made 34 competitive appearances and recorded seven goal contributions. Now, Augsburg are set to secure the services of the top talent.
A loan with an option to buy is currently being discussed. A loan fee of 500 thousand euros is expected for Ibrahimovic. The purchase option is likely to be around eight million euros.
Impressive Pre-Season
During Bayern's pre-season, Ibrahimovic was in the starting eleven for four out of six matches – the Germany U21 international came off the bench once.
The attacking player scored two goals during this period. However, with Bayern's first team, the competition in attack is too high due to the signing of Ismael Saibari.
At Augsburg, he could be deployed in one of the two attacking midfield positions and play behind Austrian forward Michael Gregoritsch.
