HSV on the verge of double transfer signing

Hamburger SV is reportedly set to bring back midfielder Fábio Vieira from FC Arsenal.

Last season, the Portuguese player was on loan at HSV. Now, the "Rothosen" are said to be making the 26-year-old's move permanent and offering him a contract until 2030, according to Sky transfer expert Florian Plettenberg.

In the 2025/26 season, Vieira was crucial for Hamburg. He recorded seven goals and five assists in 29 Bundesliga matches.

This would be a real transfer coup for Hamburg. Despite a market value of approximately 18 million Euros, they have reportedly agreed on a transfer fee of only around nine million Euros.

Moroccan international for the right flank

With Zakaria El Ouahdi, the North Germans are apparently securing their second new signing.

Also reported by Plettenberg, the medical check is said to have already been passed, and the Moroccan is expected to sign a long-term contract. He arrives from KRC Genk.

For the 24-year-old, Hamburg is also paying below market value. For the right-back, valued at 18 million Euros, HSV is reportedly transferring a single-digit million sum to Genk.

For this position, the Bundesliga club was also reportedly interested in Arthur from Leverkusen, but this deal will now not materialize.
