LeBron James leaves the Lakers
LeBron James is expected to play his 24th NBA season with a new team.
LeBron James will reportedly not return to the Los Angeles Lakers and plans to continue his NBA career with another team.
This is according to James' long-time agent and Klutch Sports CEO Rich Paul, who informed "ESPN" about the superstar's plans.
An official confirmation from James himself is still pending, however.
The now 41-year-old has played for the California franchise since 2018 and won his fourth NBA title with the Lakers in 2020. A speculated career end is therefore likely off the table.
