Formula 1 Enlists World's Fastest Drone
Innovative TV footage is created thanks to Dutch innovators who have launched a drone of superlatives.

Cameras capable of keeping pace with Formula 1? Until now, they didn't exist.
While drone footage, for instance, is already standard in the Alpine Ski World Cup, the very nature of motorsport's "premier class" complicates their deployment.
However, the Netherlands is contributing more than just thousands of fans at Spielberg.
New Drone Technology for Broadcast Coverage
Dutch developers and pilots "Dutch Drone Gods" are flying a drone capable of 350 km/h, providing innovative new images for the international TV feed.
Weighing less than a kilogram, it accelerates from 0 to 300 km/h in just under four seconds. It was constructed from carbon, fiberglass, and 3D polymers.
While comparable speeds can be achieved by other drones, the primary challenge was enabling rapid cornering: it must withstand forces of up to 6G.
The record-breaking device was, of course, developed in cooperation with Red Bull – and is fittingly named "Red Bull Drone 1".
