Former Rapid Top Talent Scores First Goal for New Club
Austrian international Jovan Zivkovic has scored his first goal for Radnicki 1923. Will he continue his form?
Jovan Zivkovic opened a new chapter with his loan move to FK Radnicki 1923 this summer – and that chapter is now richer with his first goal.
The 20-year-old Austrian was substituted in on Saturday in the 67th minute of the 9th matchday of the Serbian Super Liga. Radnicki 1923 was already leading 4-0 at that point.
Zivkovic ultimately scored the final goal in the 84th minute. It was not only his first goal for Radnicki 1923, but also his first goal since October 2025. Back then, he scored twice in the cup for Györi ETO FC.
More Playing Time Than Last Season
Zivkovic is on loan from Györi ETO FC to Serbia until the end of the season. Although he became champion with the Hungarians last season, the young Austrian international, who was once considered one of SK Rapid's greatest talents and left the Hütteldorf club in 2025, did not play a major role.
So far this season, the attacking winger can look back on one goal and one assist in seven competitive matches. However, he has not yet played a full 90 minutes.
For Györi ETO FC, he made only ten appearances in total last season.
