Highly Efficient: Raul Florucz Bags a Brace!
The Austrian striker only needed a few minutes on Saturday to score two goals for Union Saint-Gilloise.
Substitute Raul Florucz stole the show from everyone – at least in the closing stages of the match – during Union Saint-Gilloise's 5-0 victory over Lommel SK on matchday 6 of the Jupiler Pro League.
Coach David Hubert brought Florucz on in the 77th minute for Mateo Biondic – and the Austrian immediately scored twice.
First Shot Saved, But Then...
Florucz first tested the keeper with a shot on goal in the 86th minute, then clinically made it 4-0 in the 88th minute. But that wasn't enough: In injury time (90'+2), he bagged a brace to complete the 5-0 final score.
Three shots, all on target, two goals – clinical efficiency.
Zeneli (4th minute) and Mofokeng (8th minute) – both from Biondic assists – as well as substitute Hurtevent (67th minute) had set the stage for the rout.
Six Goals This Season Overall
Florucz now stands at four goals in six Jupiler Pro League appearances this season – six goals in total for the season if you include Champions League qualification.
