High Fine! Werder Fined After Pyro Incident
Following a pyro show against Hamburger SV, the club of Schlager, Friedl, Grüll, and Schmid must pay a six-figure sum.
Werder Bremen has been ordered to pay 280,000 Euros following the ruling by the Sports Court of the German Football Association (DFB).
The reason for this was a pyro show in the North Derby against Hamburger SV.
The match on April 18 ended 3-1 for the hosts.
