Over 50 Million! Croatia Youngster Becomes Svoboda's Defensive Partner

Luka Vuskovic has a new club.

The Croatian youngster leaves Tottenham Hotspur and moves to Brighton & Hove Albion within the English Premier League.

At the "Seagulls", who are reportedly paying a fixed transfer fee of 54 million Euros, the 19-year-old signs a contract running until summer 2031, including an option for an additional year.

Competition for Svoboda

Last season, the 2007-born player gained prominence as a loan player at Hamburger SV in the German Bundesliga. With the Hanseaten, the youngster became the defensive leader, scoring six goals and providing one assist in 30 competitive matches.

While the Spurs record important transfer income, ÖFB national player Michael Svoboda (29) gains a well-known centre-back colleague.
