Adi Hütter gets 20-year-old Brazilian
The Austrian coach can look forward to another new signing at Eintracht Frankfurt.
Eintracht Frankfurt has struck again on the transfer market.
As reported on Tuesday, the "Eagles" are reinforcing their squad with 20-year-old central defender Otavio.
The Brazilian is moving from Portuguese club Estrela Amadora to Frankfurt, where he will receive a contract until 2031.
According to reports, Frankfurt paid a transfer fee of 4.5 million euros for the services of the 1.93-meter-tall Brazilian. Through bonuses, the sum could increase further.
Tall, athletic, fast
"With Otavio, we are bringing in a young, highly talented central defender with great development potential. He is left-footed, tall, athletic, fast, and combines that with a strong defensive mentality, which we specifically want to strengthen in our squad," said Eintracht Sporting Director Timmo Hardung in a club statement.
