1. FC Köln and Werder Bremen drew 1-1 in the third round of the German Bundesliga.
Köln were able to dictate play early in the match. New signing Dallinga first missed a penalty (8').

Returnee Secures Equalizer
After a corner kick, Füllkrug got to the ball somewhat fortunately and was able to equalize for Bremen (69'). Previously, Dinkci had narrowly missed, hitting the crossbar (68').

For Bremen, Marco Grüll and captain Marco Friedl played the full 90 minutes. Alexander Schlager watched the draw from the bench.
