Dominant Victories Conclude ÖFB Women's Cup 1st Round

The first round of the ÖFB Women's Cup has concluded, bringing no major surprises in Sunday's matches. All games ended with high scores for the winners and no goals conceded.

SKN St. Pölten Women celebrated the highest dominant victory. While the men were eliminated from the Cup against Red Bull Salzburg, the women won 12:0 against Brunn am Gebirge. SKN already led 4:0 at halftime. Emma Scheucher's goal in the 90th minute completed the dozen.

Bundesliga Teams Advance Effortlessly

SK Sturm Graz Women also celebrated a dominant victory. They achieved an 8:0 win against Union St. Stefan/Waldmark. Julia Keutz contributed the most goals, scoring a brace.

Furthermore, First Vienna won today. In a Vienna derby, they defeated SG FAC/Essling 6:0. FC Pinzgau Saalfelden beat Wacker Innsbruck 3:0, and Austria Klagenfurt emerged victorious with a 4:0 score against SG Geretsberg/Bürmoss.
