Legal Dispute Involving ÖTV Talent! Is Her Pro Career at Risk?

Anna Pircher is involved in a legal dispute.

As reported by the "Tiroler Tageszeitung", the reason is the separation from her former manager, coach, and investor Hannes König. König states that the joint contract was "surprisingly and unilaterally" dissolved by Pircher's mother, Doris Pejak-Pircher.

"We had to do this. We invested 400,000 Euros over the last three years," he states. He claims a multi-person team looked after the talent.

Pesjak-Pircher counters: "The relationship is completely shattered, similar to a divorce. We terminated the contract due to unacceptable circumstances." She added that the investment costs were far too high. "Anna was 12, 13 years old at the time. None of that was acceptable for her."

Both parties aim to work towards a settlement, but they do not wish to discuss details publicly. An end to the legal dispute is not expected until autumn at the earliest.

The Tyrolean had originally received a wildcard for the event. After the heavy demands of recent weeks, her body needs a break.

The 16-year-old had already struggled with back problems several times in the spring.
