Potapova comfortably advances to second US Open round

Anastasia Potapova is in the second round of the US Open!
The Austrian wins her opening match in New York against Latvia's Darja Semenistaja convincingly in two sets with 6:2, 6:2.
Already in the first set, the tournament's number 24 made everything clear: Potapova secured three breaks and took the first set after half an hour of play.
She continued in a similar fashion. The 25-year-old broke the world number 109 twice and served out for a 6:2.
