A Short Day at the Office
At the beginning of the second set, the player from Vorarlberg experienced some frustration. Although he attacked perfectly, he put the decisive volleys into the net. Once, his racket landed on the ground out of frustration after losing a point.
However, a strong first serve and a forehand in top form successfully carried him through the set. After just 1 hour and 10 minutes, he converted his first match point to clinch the set 6:1.
In the semifinals, he will face either Clement Tabur (ATP No. 160) or Sascha Gueymard Wayenburg (ATP No. 218). Both potential opponents are from France.
