McLaren edges out Ferrari in final Hungary practice
After two fastest practice times for the Scuderia on Friday, the world champion is just ahead in the final practice session at the Hungaroring.
Not Ferrari, but McLaren sets the pace in the third and final free practice session at the Hungarian Grand Prix.
World Champion Lando Norris sets the fastest time at the Hungaroring with 1:17.939 minutes, closely followed by Lewis Hamilton in the Ferrari (+0.117 sec.).
World Championship leader Kimi Antonelli (+0.129 sec.) follows, as well as Charles Leclerc in the second Ferrari (+0.352 sec.).
Norris' teammate Oscar Piastri slots into fifth place (+0.499 sec.), with Mercedes driver George Russell in sixth (+0.602 sec.).
Only then follow the two Red Bulls of Max Verstappen (+0.717 sec.) and Isack Hadjar (+1.004 sec.).
