Ferrari appears clearly ahead in Hungary
The Scuderia dominates the second practice session with qualifying simulations at will.
Ferrari is also ahead in the second free practice for the Hungarian Grand Prix, this time even with a one-two.
Lewis Hamilton takes 0.148 seconds off his teammate Charles Leclerc in the qualifying simulations on soft tyres. Behind them, Lando Norris in the McLaren, as the third-fastest, already has a significant gap (+0.499).
Mercedes is not a factor this time; George Russell only manages fifth place (+0.933), while Kimi Antonelli fails to put together a good lap on soft tyres and only finishes 13th (+1.964).
Due to an accident involving Franco Colapinto in the Alpine, the session is interrupted for a few minutes around the halfway point.
