Miedler Claims Double Title in Kitzbühel
The Lower Austrian, with his Australian partner Marc Polmans, convincingly wins the Generali Open doubles final.
Austrian joy at the Generali Open 2026 in Kitzbühel! Lucas Miedler and his partner Marc Polmans have won the doubles title in the alpine resort.
The second-seeded Austrian-Australian duo convincingly prevailed in the final against the third-seeded Germans Jakob Schnaitter and Mark Wallner with a score of 6:2, 6:2.
For Miedler, it is his third doubles title in Kitzbühel: In 2021 and 2023, he won the tournament together with Alexander Erler.
