Starting This Season: The Women's Bundesliga Live on LAOLA1

The ADMIRAL Women's Bundesliga will also be available on LAOLA1 in the future!

Austria's top women's football league and LAOLA1 are entering into a media partnership.

As part of the expanded cooperation between ÖFB and LAOLA1, all ADMIRAL Women's Bundesliga matches of the 2026/27 season (with the exception of the ORF top match) will be available via free live stream on LAOLA1 - both on the web and in the LAOLA1 app. Selected matches will also be broadcast on LAOLA1.tv.

"This expanded cooperation with LAOLA1 is definitely a milestone in Austrian women's football and will raise the visibility of the entire league to a new level. It is a great and important sign that, in addition to the top match of the round on ORF and the broadcasts on ÖFB TV, the matches will also be available via livestream on Laola1. Our sincere thanks go to all participating partners who have promoted, supported, and implemented this important developmental step for the league," Nina Potz, League Manager of the ADMIRAL Women's Bundesliga, is quoted by ORF.

Berger: "We Want to Increase Visibility"

The live broadcast of the Women's Bundesliga is part of LAOLA1's women's football offensive, which also includes extensive coverage.

Tom Berger, Head of LAOLA1, says: "We are very pleased that, alongside ORF, we are now permitted to broadcast a large portion of the ADMIRAL Women's Bundesliga matches. It was a strong desire from the editorial team to acquire a rights package here, also to offer so-called 'touchpoints' in areas like social media. Women's football is extremely exciting and a valuable content building block for us. We want to further increase the visibility of women's football and individual players, aiming to reach both a new community and address new brands."

The 45th season of the ADMIRAL Women's Bundesliga kicks off next Saturday with the top match between defending champions FK Austria Wien and vice-champions SKN St. Pölten.
