The Waidmannsdorfer club is reportedly currently negotiating with free agent midfielder Johannes Geis.

The former Germany U21 international played during his most successful period for clubs including Mainz 05 (2013-15), Schalke 04 (2015-17), and FC Sevilla (2017/18). He made 121 appearances in the German Bundesliga and 155 matches in the second Bundesliga.
Until summer, the 32-year-old most recently played for third-tier relegated club Schweinfurt. Geis is even reported to have already been in Klagenfurt.
