Ferran Torres (26) scored Spain's title-winning goal in the 106th minute of the World Cup final against Argentina. The Barcelona professional utilized his super-sub role and wrote himself into the history books.

At his club, FC Barcelona, he also mostly came off the bench last season, and accordingly, transfer rumors have been circulating for weeks. According to "L'Equipe," PSG, with former Spain coach Luis Enrique, is considered a possible suitor. Furthermore, none other than arch-rival Real Madrid is being mentioned as a potential interested party.

A departure is certainly possible

"El Nacional" also brings Aston Villa, with Spanish coach Unai Emery, into the discussion.

According to "Mundo Deportivo," Barcelona wants to speak with Torres about his future in the coming days. However, a departure for the World Cup hero one year before his contract expires is not ruled out.

A direct transfer to Real would cause plenty of headlines. Marc Cucurella, a product of FC Barcelona's academy, dared such a move from Chelsea. For that, there was a lot of media criticism in the Catalan capital.
