First Eredivisie Brace for Austrian International Binder
With his fourth and fifth goals of the season, Austrian international Nicolas Binder contributes to his team's emphatic victory at Willem II.
Nicolas Binder scored his first brace in the 10th round of the Eredivisie.
The former Rapid player opened the scoring spree on Saturday in SC Cambuur's 6-1 emphatic victory in Tilburg in the ninth minute and increased the lead to 4-0 after around an hour (58').
The 24-year-old was unable to go for a hat-trick – he was substituted after 77 minutes.
Four Goals in the Last Three Games
The former Austria U21 national team striker thus extends his impressive scoring run and has now scored in the third consecutive game. In total, Binder now has five goals and two assists for the promoted club this season.
In the current Eredivisie scoring charts, the center forward is in sixth place with seven goal contributions.
In the table, SC Cambuur is in tenth place with twelve points after ten rounds.
