Return to Europe! Austrian player after UAE adventure
A former Hartberg player signs in the Czech Republic.
Mateo Karamatic is moving to the Czech Republic.
The Tyrolean (24) joins second-division side FK Dukla Prague.
Karamatic had been without a club since March after terminating his contract with Al-Nasr SC in the United Arab Emirates.
For the central defender, who was trained at Red Bull Salzburg, this is his fourth spell abroad after NK Osijek (Croatia), NK Olimpija (Slovenia), and the UAE.
In the 2024/25 season, the left-footed player played for TSV Hartberg in the domestic ADMIRAL Bundesliga, where he recorded 23 league appearances.
