Departure confirmed! Svoboda addresses emotional words to fans

The departure is confirmed!

ÖFB team player Michael Svoboda posts a video on Instagram, where he thanks his club, FC Venezia.

"Six years have been wonderful, six years in which Venice became my home, years in which I met extraordinary people and built bonds that I will carry with me forever," he writes.

Svoboda has played for FC Venezia since 2020. In the past Serie B season, not only did they achieve promotion, but the 27-year-old Viennese also captained the club.

He further adds in his statement: "I have to thank the fans who have always supported us; my teammates, with whom we achieved something extraordinary this year and with whom it was a pleasure to share the dressing room; the staff, extraordinary people who first made us a dominant and victorious team; and the president, who always believed in me, and every person working behind the scenes. You are special."

It was an honor for him to wear the jersey, and he is proud of what he achieved with the team.
