What does Matthias Braunöder's future look like?

After a one-year loan spell at SSC Bari, the 24-year-old is currently back with his parent club Como 1907. However, his stay there is likely to be short-lived. "The ideal solution must be found for both sides, that's clear," says the former Austria Vienna player to the "Krone".

Few Preferences for Desired Destination

A departure is therefore imminent. The only question is: Where will Braunöder go? "The country plays a minor role in this. It has to be a club that makes an effort for me and where I feel I am counted on," says the midfielder.

However, there are two conditions. Firstly, the 25-cap U-team player wants to get regular playing time again ("I want to play football again").

Secondly, the ADMIRAL Bundesliga is not exactly a desired destination for Braunöder: "In football, you never know what will happen. But Austria is not currently in my plans."
