Will one of the Bundesliga's greatest talents move to FC Bayern Munich next summer?

At least according to "Sky" reporter Florian Plettenberg, this scenario is possible. Accordingly, the German record champion is intensively observing Gladbach jewel Wael Mohya and has him on their list.

The 17-year-old made his breakthrough with the "Foals" last season and is also one of the few bright spots for the bottom-placed team this season. In seven games, he scored two goals and provided one assist.

Gladbach wants to extend contract

According to Plettenberg, a winter transfer is considered unlikely, but it could happen in the summer.

Borussia is dependent on income and could earn a lot of money with the attacking player. "transfermarkt.at" currently estimates Mohya's market value at 17 million euros, but the transfer fee is likely to be higher.

At the same time, Gladbach is reportedly working to extend the attacking jewel's contract beyond 2028.

However, this would only be possible if a salary adjustment and an embedded release clause were part of the new deal. Furthermore, the traditional club would have to avoid relegation.
