New Role for Christoph Baumgartner
The attacking midfielder takes over the role from his departed countryman.
Christoph Baumgartner is the new co-captain at RB Leipzig!
This was announced by head coach Martin Demichelis on Friday. David Raum remains captain of Leipzig this season.
Baumgartner takes over the deputy role from his countryman Xaver Schlager, who departed for the Premier League.
The team council is completed by Benny Henrichs, Willi Orban, and Castello Lukeba.
