Tottenham Hotspur have already invested almost 270 million euros in new personnel this summer – but the Londoners evidently still haven't had enough. Soon, the Spurs could even break the 400-million-euro mark.

After a chaotic past season, Tottenham aims to initiate a fresh start with a transfer offensive. Midfielders Sandro Tonali and Mateus Fernandes already cost over 200 million euros combined and are intended to strengthen the midfield. Now, the club is targeting the attack.

Savinho and Marmoush on the verge of Spurs move

According to transfer insider Fabrizio Romano, Spurs want to sign both Savinho and Omar Marmoush from Manchester City.

According to Romano, negotiations made decisive progress last night, and a verbal agreement has reportedly already been reached for the Brazilian's transfer. Savinho is now expected to travel to London to complete his medical. The transfer fee is estimated at around 90 million euros.

More than 410 Million Euros for New Players

According to Romano, talks with Manchester City regarding former Eintracht Frankfurt player Omar Marmoush are also already far advanced.

While Spurs are paying a transfer fee for Savinho significantly above his market value, the Egyptian is reportedly available for considerably less. The fee for Marmoush is estimated at around 50 million euros.

Tottenham reportedly reached an agreement with the 27-year-old Egyptian for a move earlier this week.

Should both transfers go through, Spurs would spend a total of around 410 million euros on new personnel this summer – and that's despite a catastrophic previous season. Tottenham only finished 17th, narrowly avoiding relegation, and will not be represented internationally next season.
