Next Conference League opponents for Rapid and Austria drawn!

The draw for the third qualification round of the UEFA Conference League took place in Nyon on Monday.

SK Rapid and FK Austria Wien have learned their potential opponents, whom they could face should they successfully overcome their hurdles in the second qualification round.

Possible opponents from Estonia, Azerbaijan, Cyprus or Israel

If Rapid manages to eliminate FC Santa Coloma (first leg, Thursday, from 7:00 PM in the LIVE ticker), they would face the winner of the tie between Paide Linnameeskond (Estonia) and Zire FK (Azerbaijan) in the third qualification round.

If Austria succeeds in overcoming FK Liepaja (first leg, Thursday, from 5:00 PM in the LIVE ticker), they will take on the winner of the pairing between AEK Larnaka (Cyprus) and Beitar Jerusalem (Israel) in the third qualification round.

Match dates are August 6 (first leg) and August 13 (second leg). Austria will play the first leg away.

Long road to the League Phase

If Rapid and Austria also overcome the third qualification round, they will advance to the UEFA Conference League playoffs (the final qualification round). Should they also be successful here, they will be rewarded with entry into the Conference League league phase.

An elimination, regardless of the round, would mean an immediate exit from European competition in the 2026/27 season.
