He last celebrated a goal in a competitive match in November 2024 against the U19 team of TSV Meerbusch, when the defender was still playing in Borussia Dortmund's youth academy.

The former DFB U16 national team player joined Austria Wien from BVB's second team this summer – on a free transfer, FAK didn't even have to pay a training compensation fee.
It quickly became clear to the youngster that he wanted to do it: "The prospect of taking my first steps in professional football here was the decisive factor. A clear plan was shown to me."
In the Fast Lane
That plan has not been adhered to so far, as Feddersen has been in the fast lane during his first weeks with the Violets. Initially planned for the Young Violets, he played both European Cup matches against Liepaja in full.
The new signing is the winner of the pre-season. Also because Philipp Wiesinger is injured and Johannes Handl and Aleksandar Dragovic were not always fully fit.
Praise from Helm
"I'm lucky with the personnel situation," he knows, but also believes, "I've left a good impression and made good use of the opportunity."
Coach Stephan Helm certifies that he "more than adequately performed" in both games. "He is very reliable, tall, has a good left foot, and is confident. One can currently rate this very positively," says the FAK coach.
A Unique Feature
Furthermore, the German is the only left-footed centre-back in Austria's squad.
Ranftl comments: "He's a great player. Left-footed, 19 years old, tall – there aren't many like him on the market in this position. If he continues like this, we will have a lot of joy with him."
No Comparison to His Old Home
The former Dortmund youth player has not yet regretted his move to Vienna. And he hasn't even seen much of his new home yet.
But what he can already say is: "A very beautiful city. I've lived in the Ruhr area for the past few years; you can't compare that with Vienna."
"Never Played Before Such a Crowd"
And on his debut in front of the home fans, he certainly made an impression. When he backheeled the ball to a teammate at the halfway line in the 80th minute, there was spontaneous applause from the stands.
And let's not forget that spectacular goal.
"That it went in like that in my first game is also a bit of fate. It couldn't have gone better, a great feeling. I've never played in front of such a crowd, it was amazing. Perfect from start to finish," beams the new Violet.
