Referee Debut in Ried vs. Red Bull Salzburg
The 29-year-old, who will officiate in the Bundesliga for the first time on Friday, brings experience from 30 LigaZwa matches.
To kick off the sixth round of the ADMIRAL Bundesliga, SV Ried will face FC Red Bull Salzburg on Friday (from 7:30 PM in the LIVE ticker >>>).
Ried's home match will see a referee debut: Elite referee Julian Schnur will officiate a Bundesliga game for the first time in the Innviertel on Friday.
The 29-year-old Styrian has already served multiple times as Fourth Official in the Bundesliga. In the ADMIRAL 2. Liga, he has so far officiated a total of 30 matches, two of them in the current season. Schnur has officiated seven matches in the UNIQA ÖFB Cup.
Assistant referees Thomas Kaplan and Philipp Duschek will support the debutant on the sidelines. Christian-Petru Ciochirca will serve as Fourth Official. The VAR team consists of Harald Lechner and Alexander Harkam.
