Altach signs long-serving Bundesliga player
His contract with WSG Tirol expired at the end of last season. The 26-year-old now signs in Vorarlberg.
SCR Altach announced the signing of Johannes Naschberger on Monday. The 26-year-old has signed a one-year contract with the bottom-placed team in the ADMIRAL Bundesliga.
"We are delighted that we have been able to sign a player like Johannes at this time, who brings additional experience and flexibility to our squad. He already knows the Austrian Bundesliga very well and will therefore need little time to adapt," said sporting director Philipp Netzer.
"I want to help the team as much as possible and achieve the set goals together with the team in the coming months," said Naschberger.
The midfielder made over 150 Bundesliga appearances for WSG Tirol between 2020 and 2026. His expiring contract was not extended in the summer, which is why Naschberger left the Tyroleans and was without a club until recently.
