Even though the successful run of the Linzers under Dietmar Kühbauer in the ADMIRAL Bundesliga ended in the away game against SK Sturm Graz, the coach of the Upper Austrians remains a sought-after man.

The LASK double-winning coach is said to be a candidate for the vacant coaching position at Borussia Mönchengladbach (read more >>>). In a "Sky" interview on Sunday, Dietmar Kühbauer himself commented on the rumors.

"We have to make sure we don't do these things anymore"

When asked if Gladbach's interest made him think, the 55-year-old replied: "What makes me think is that we lost the game today and that we have to make sure we don't do these things again. That's the only thing that moves me and makes me think today."

According to his own statement, his focus remains entirely on LASK. With Horst Steffen (most recently Werder Bremen), Christian Eichner (most recently KSC), Ole Werner (most recently RB Leipzig), and Alexander Blessin (most recently FC St. Pauli), the list of potential successors is already long anyway.
