Change at the Top: Sturm provides the league's most valuable player

FC Red Bull Salzburg must vacate their top spot in the ADMIRAL Bundesliga market value ranking.

Previously, striker Karim Konaté led this ranking from transfermarkt.at. With the current market value update in September, that has changed: Luca Weinhandl from SK Sturm Graz is now the most valuable player in the ADMIRAL Bundesliga, with a market value of 15 million Euros. The U17 Vice World Champion can celebrate an increase of 10 million Euros.

In second place is Karim Konaté with twelve million Euros (+/-0). Third place is shared by youngsters Bartosz Mazurek (+5.5 million), Jacob Peter Hödl (+5 million), and Edmund Baidoo (+2 million), all valued at ten million Euros.

Clear Upgrade for New National Team Players

However, the biggest increase among the Salzburg players is not for the Polish youngster, but for new U21 national team player Valentin Zabransky, with an increase of 7.5 million Euros. His current market value, like that of new national team goalkeeper and teammate Christian Zawieschitzky (+7 million), stands at eight million Euros.

Moses Usor (+2 million), a new national team player from Nigeria, and the two Salzburg players Kévin Boma (+2 million) and Soumaila Diabaté (+/-0) also hold market values of eight million Euros.

New national team player Vasilije Markovic doubles his market value to six million Euros. This means FK Austria Wien's most valuable player is now worth more than the most expensive player from city rivals and current league leaders SK Rapid. The latter goes by the name Petter Nosa Dahl and doubles his market value to five million Euros.
