Salzburg apparently loses youngster to Serie A club
The young Italian is reportedly moving back to his homeland; he played in Salzburg's academy for over two years.
FC Red Bull Salzburg is reportedly letting a young player go to Genoa.
According to "TuttoMercato", Carlos Marino (16) is leaving the academy for Italy. A three-year contract awaits him there.

However, breaking into the professional ranks is likely to take time there too, as the midfielder is initially slated for the Primavera squad.
Marino moved from the youth department of Traunstein (Germany) to Salzburg's academy in March 2024. In the ÖFB U16 Youth League, he scored two goals in seven games last season. With the team, the Italian clinched the league title at the end of the season.
