Gulliksen set to leave Rapid again

In September 2025, SK Rapid paid a record sum of 3.8 million euros for Tobias Gulliksen, and a year later, the Norwegian is reportedly set to leave Vienna again – at least temporarily.

As reported by "Krone", SK Rapid has decided to let the record signing leave on loan this summer.

Gulliksen's destination is not yet clear. Rapid is reportedly aiming for a loan move abroad.

Currently No Place for Gulliksen

The midfielder has so far failed to meet the high expectations in Hütteldorf, still awaiting his first Bundesliga goal, among other things. He has also not played a significant role in Johannes Hoff Thorup's plans this season.

Another reason for the planned loan deal is the absence of the anticipated Conference League millions, which forces Rapid to slightly reduce their squad size.

Rapid Wants to Extend Seidl's Contract

However, should no 'immoral offer' arrive for Rapid, Seidl is expected to remain in Hütteldorf. "We are in excellent discussions with Matthias and his agent, and we definitely want to extend his contract," sports director Markus Katzer is quoted by "Krone".

For Andrija Radulovic, who has been sidelined for weeks, Rapid is still looking for a solution that satisfies the Montenegrin.

Key players like Petter Nosa Dahl, Nikolaus Wurmbrand, or Romeo Amane are still attracting interest from other clubs, but there will be no 'fire sale' of key performers, according to Markus Katzer.
