Salzburg, Cyprus, Australia: Goiginger with exciting options

Thomas Goiginger (33) has already made 253 appearances in the ADMIRAL Bundesliga. After his early career at SV Grödig, and a stint in the second division with Blau-Weiß Linz, he primarily made a name for himself at LASK.

After an overseas adventure with Osnabrück, he returned to Blau-Weiß in 2024. Since their relegation from the Bundesliga, the veteran has been without a club.

Home or overseas adventure?

According to "Salzburger Nachrichten", however, there is no shortage of offers. From the ADMIRAL Bundesliga, WSG Tirol has reportedly signaled interest.

For the Salzburg native, a return home could also be an option, with second-tier club SV Austria Salzburg reportedly considering the attacking player.

Goiginger could also embark on an exciting overseas adventure. According to the report, there is interest from Melbourne City (Australia) and Nea Salamina Famagusta (Cyprus).
