After their 0-4 Cup defeat against SCR Altach, GAK already faces the Styrian derby against TSV Hartberg on Friday evening (from 7:30 PM in the LIVE ticker>>>).

However, for the match against Hartberg, the Graz-based club will have to do without two key players.

Two defenders out

Defender Ludwig Vraa had to leave the Cup match on Tuesday evening shortly before the end due to injury and limped into the dressing room. A more serious knee injury is feared for the Dane.

Things also don't look good for Beres Owusu. The Frenchman sustained an injury in training and was already absent from the 1-1 draw against WSG Tirol. More detailed examinations revealed a tear of the syndesmotic ligament. As a result, the 23-year-old will be out longer than initially assumed.

Italiano likely to be available against Hartberg

There's better news regarding forward Jacob Italiano.

The Australian had to be substituted in Innsbruck during the first half of the match, but seems to have avoided serious injury. While they are still monitoring his condition in Graz, an appearance on Friday evening is possible.
