Is Salzburg targeting Marcus Mann's former club?

In their search for reinforcements, Marcus Mann could coincidentally find what he's looking for at his former club Hannover 96.

As "FT" reports, FC Red Bull Salzburg is pursuing attacking talent Taycan Kurt. The Turkish youth international is contractually bound to the Lower Saxons until 2028.

Yet to make a competitive appearance for the senior team

The 18-year-old attacking player is considered an absolute top talent and was already allowed to train with the senior team during summer preparations. However, a broken fibula severely set him back recently.

Meanwhile, the youngster is fully fit again and has already made ten competitive appearances for the reserve team in the Regionalliga Nord this season.

However, Kurt has yet to make his debut. Should his situation not change in the coming weeks, the probability of a move to the ADMIRAL Bundesliga increases. It is unclear whether the Mozart city dwellers will make a move as early as winter.
