For "Elv", the German-Palestinian dual national has already made four appearances in Germany's second-highest league in the 2024/25 season, in addition to three appearances in the Swiss Super League during a loan spell for FC Zürich.
However, last season the 1.92 m tall attacker was sidelined and only made three appearances for the second team in the Saarlandliga.
In his youth, Mahmoud played for VfL Bochum and Borussia Dortmund before moving to Elversberg on a free transfer in 2024.
