Kamil Stoch has a new job after ending his career!

The Pole retired as an athlete after the end of last season, and is now a coach at a ski jumping club in Zakopane. This was reported by Jan Galica after a competition in Szczyrk.

"Kamil has become a coach. He's already working with the boys," the jumper is quoted as saying by "sport.de". However, he himself has not yet trained with him. "I think he's a good coach. He has a lot of knowledge, so you should listen to his advice, develop, and work hard," explains the 22-year-old from the Polish B-squad.

Horngacher Hopes for Stoch's Support

In his home country, Stoch would also be welcome back on the national team. Recently, training coordinator Stefan Horngacher said he hoped the former jumper would "visit our team a bit more often or become more involved with the team. Perhaps he can help us in some aspects this winter."

Only in May, the three-time Olympic champion denied a return to the ski jump. "I don't want to get involved as a coach," he explained at the time to "RMF FM" (more on this >>>).
