At the 2025 Ski World Championships, the Swiss already celebrated with razors. Now, two ski aces suddenly appear again in training camp with questionable hairstyles.

Not all Swiss skiers seem to place great value on their own hair.

Already at the 2025 Ski World Championships, a large part of the Swiss men's team surprised everyone with creatively shaved half-heads after their successful performance in the downhill.

While mainly the downhill racers were involved in this collective haircut action back then, the slalom aces are now following suit.

Daniel Yule, Luca Aerni, and Tanguy Nef posted a photo of themselves on social media from their training camp in New Zealand: first with ski helmets, then suddenly with new hairstyles – at least Yule and Aerni.

Yule and Aerni Show Curious Half-Shaved Heads

While Team Combined Olympic champion Nef apparently managed to avoid the razor, Yule and Aerni proudly present their new half-shaved heads. However, these are not ordinary half-shaved heads; for both of them, the hairline was simply moved back behind their ears.

"Arrived well in Cardrona with a new haircut for Team Helvetia," the trio writes. They don't share what exactly is behind the action, but it certainly seems to be creating a good mood.

For example, Thomas Tumler asks in the comments when the hair transplant will take place: "When are we going to Turkey?"
