Sebastian Ofner is playing for a spot in the third round at Wimbledon.

Austria's number one faces Poland's Hubert Hurkacz (ATP 96th) on Wednesday (12:00 PM in the LIVE ticker>>>) for his third third-round appearance at the London grass-court classic.

After his five-set victory in the opening round against Hamad Medjedovic, a real challenge now awaits Ofner.

The former world number six from Poland is considered a true grass-court specialist. The 29-year-old achieved his best Grand Slam result, reaching the semi-finals in 2021, precisely at Wimbledon. In the first round, Hurkacz comfortably defeated Caspar Ruud in three sets.

The only previous encounter between Ofner and Hurkacz saw the Pole win last year in Geneva.
