Rider lineup complete: KTM Tech3 introduces second rider

The rider lineup at KTM Tech3 for next year is official.

After the team already announced the signing of Luca Marini at the end of August, it is now also official what has long been certain behind closed doors: Senna Agius will complete the team in 2027.

The 20-year-old currently competes in Moto2, where he is fourth in the world championship standings and has already won two races this year.

"Today, a lifelong dream of mine came true: to reach MotoGP. So many years of hard work have gone into this moment," says the Australian in a press release, adding: "I can't wait to repay their trust."

CEO Günther Steiner is "convinced that Senna brings the necessary qualities to make a very strong step into MotoGP. He has shown impressive speed and great maturity in Moto2, but what truly convinced us was his determination to constantly improve and his attitude towards the hard work needed for success."

For the new era in MotoGP, the team wanted to "combine experience with young talent. Senna is an exciting part of this future. We know he faces a steep learning curve, but we are ready to fully support him in this process."
