Kasper watches as Detroit loses again
Against the Seattle Kraken, the Red Wings suffer their third loss in the fourth NHL regular season game.
For the Detroit Red Wings, Friday (local time) brings another defeat at their home Little Caesars Arena.
They lose 3:6 against the Seattle Kraken. It's their third loss in their fourth NHL regular season game.
The Red Wings also have to do without Marco Kasper against Seattle. The Austrian star has been missing since the second game due to an unspecified upper-body injury.
Red Wings lead 2:1, but then...
Without Kasper, Arvidsson (10./PP) and Wallinder (25.) actually secure a 2:1 lead for the Red Wings at the start of the second period, but Seattle's goals from Gaudreau (25., 28.), Samoskevich (27.), Meyers (35.), and Dunn (52./PP) completely turn the score around.
Brandsegg-Nygard (56.) only manages a consolation goal for the Red Wings, who sit at the bottom of the Eastern Conference with two points.
