Belgium fires back: "Overturn this!"
Balogun started against Belgium but had no real impact on the game. After the USA's clear exit, the Belgians couldn't resist a dig via social media.
"Overturn this!" ("Hebt das auf!"), the association wrote, directed at US President Donald Trump and FIFA boss Gianni Infantino.
Belgium coach Rudi Garcia reported that Balogun sought a conversation after the final whistle. "It's not his fault (what happened, editor's note). He's not to blame, I told him that."
