Messi, Where Are You?

If you can recall: I hesitated for a long time regarding Messi. On one hand, I really wanted to stick him in – on the other hand, I thought such a special sticker perhaps deserved to be kept somewhere safe. So, I kept it for a while. The idea was good… until I misplaced it at some point. And then, suddenly, it was gone. Untraceable.

Of all players, the one you definitely don't want to lose became a grand search adventure.

It's Complete!

But as is often the case with collecting: you need patience, a bit of luck – and sometimes everything comes together at just the right moment.

Because in the end, Lionel Messi was indeed the very last sticker I needed to complete my album. And the best part: I managed to get him after all.

That made the moment perfect. After all the trades, the searching, and the entire collecting craze, the album was finally complete.

After Collecting Comes Enjoying

A bit like the World Cup: in the end, the small moments, the big names, and sometimes a bit of luck decide. My album is finished – and the journey to get there was at least as exciting as the destination itself.
